• A reservation booked on the site www.premiereclasse.com guarantees that you can profit from the lowest available rate online.
• This guarantee applies to all Première Classe hotels, in France and abroad, which display the icon € on the site www.premiereclasse.com.
• The rates to which the best price guarantee applies must be accessible to the public and be open to reservations, with exclusions — in particular:
  • Rates reserved for groups/seminars
  • Rates reserved for companies
  • Rates reserved for HeLHo Plus and HeLHo Pro loyalty card members
  • Rates reserved for partners of Première Classe
  • Rates reserved for partners of Louvre Hotels
• The less expensive offer must be identical to the one used by the customer on the site www.premiereclasse.com, namely that it enables him to profit from one night:
  • In the same hotel (same name and same address)
  • On the same dates and for the same number of nights
  • In the same type of room (single, double, triple, quadruple)
  • For the same number of people
  • In the same currency
  • With equivalent conditions of sale
• The guarantee of the best rate applies only to lodging (room alone), excluding taxes, tip, restaurant, and other charges.
