Dollies with a difference.

This original exhibition features a collection of "miniature dolls" designed by Marie-Jeanne Nouvellon from 1978 onwards. These dolls trace the recent history of our society and especially how women were seen in the twentieth century. The exhibition is often funny, sometimes serious and always fair.

130 These dolls show how Marie-Jeanne Nouvellon saw the representation of women at this time, at the same time considering the history of genres.
