Eurockéennes Rock Festival

One of the biggest rock festivals in France.

This new edition of the Eurockéennes de Belfort will be just as rich and fun as the last.

This festival aims to be innovative as much in musical terms as in preparing the actual event. The public will be able to enjoy unique, unexplored musical styles in a beautiful decor.

Launched in 1989 by the Belfort Territorial General Council, this event was initially known as the Festival du Ballon. Over 1 500 000 festival-goers have taken part in this event over the years, dancing in the sun, sleet or snow on the Malsaucy peninsula.

Just-out music will be showcased during this event, blending hip-hop, world music and electronica in a giant cocktail to suit all tastes! The festival organisers have always strived to be trend-setters, or at least to be at the cutting-edge of musical culture. Thus the event has hosted performances by some amazing artists since 1989: Charlelie Couture, Noir Désir, Jacques Higelin, Jean-Louis Aubert, INXS, Mano Negra, Bob Dylan, Lenny Kravitz, Björk, NTM, The Chemical Brothers, Placebo, Radiohead, Portishead, The Cranberries, or in recent years Daft Punk, Amy Winehouse and Laurent Garnier.
