Rouen in a whirlwind of colour and fun!

A parade, a ball, concerts, performances, strange gesticulations… This is what the J'entends des voix or "I Hear Voices" festival in Rouen is all about: madness in many shapes and in large quantity.

This street performance festival will feature wandering circuses filled with imaginary animals (Compagnie Off), vocal performances, jazz concerts and delicious banquets… On top of all this, witness a grand parade through the streets of Rouen! The cathedral square will be home to a grandiose dance on the Friday night, while on the weekend the whole city will be celebrating Joan of Arc.
