The arts in Tours.Tours embraces the Arts in all forms and disciplines every year with the Rayons frais summer festival. In an original concept, the festival aims to bring art to locals and into every corner of the city. As you stroll along you will find exhibitions of contemporary art, urban art, world music, jazz concerts, walking tours, dance, theatre and street performances all over the historic centre of the town, and the public will be invited to participate.The various venues and sites of Tours are animated by the artists and benefit from a new lease of life during the festival.Festival art director: Laurent Barre
