The monthly food and drink event.Every month in the west of Laon, there is a market of local produce in the Medieval town centre.The cloister of abbey Saint-Martin (in the courtyard of the present-day hospitall) is the venue for this event which occurs on the third Sunday of every month and which brings together 30 food and drink professionals, with vegetables, cheeses, bread, meat and honey.Between 4 and 8pm there is an arts and crafts market too.
