Sails on the horizon…The Sailing Tour de France is a major nautical event in France. This year the convoy will make stopovers in 10 French ports, sailing just off the coast in the North sea, Mediterranean sea and Antlantic ocean. This magical event is the result of a complex equation which combines technical ability, endurance and teamwork - it's all about being equipped, and about having what it takes, both mentally and physically… Every year, the Tour de France à la voile leaves joyful crowds bobbing in its wake. Colourful flags flap in the wind, a forest of sails dots the horizon, and the "villages" at each stage offer a range of related activities and events...
