The life aquatic…Visitors and locals of Le Havre will be thrilled to know that La Mer en Fête is back for another edition, celebrating the sea and maritime culture throughout the first week of September. The programme includes a food market, a book market, a scale-model expo, a bell-diving excursion and a variety of exhibitions. On Saturday night expect concerts, festivities, and a grand firework show, and Sunday will be for outdoor concerts (Yves Jamait) and a grand themed parade (the theme will be Algeria).
