Music from the four corners of Europe.Ever since the first edition of this festival was organised by the Rouen Haute-Normandie commune, a variety of shows have been scheduled in different parts of the region so as to cater to a greater number of locals.For an entire fortnight, performing musicians will be spilling into Rouen from all over Europe to display their musical talent.
