In exceptional natural surroundings, Dino Zoo retraces the development of animals from the first life forms 500 million years ago to the earliest settlements in the region in the last two millennia.A wooded 30-acre park presents scenes of prehistoric life with reproductions of a hundred or so legendary animals and figures from the depths of time: stegosaurs, triceratops, tyrannosaurs and, moving further forward, the mammoth and prehistoric man. The environment they lived in has been reproduced and the vegetation, insofar as possible, recreated. Great importance has been attached to the setting, with clearings, undergrowth, stretches of water, rocks, prairies, etc. Dino Zoo is a wonderful place for relaxing but also plays an important role as a centre of learning and education. Names and details of what can be seen are provided for every scene along the journey through the ages.
