As disabled guest, arrived a few seconds before 9pm and receptionist shut/locked the door in my face. She responded (very grudgingly) to my persistent knocking and grumpily checked us in...

As disabled guest, arrived a few seconds before 9pm and receptionist shut/locked the door in my face. She responded (very grudgingly) to my persistent knocking and grumpily checked us in before making us go all around the building as the rear door was “already locked”. “Secure” parking was left open all night. Lots of noise from adjacent rooms (flushing toilets, stomping around upstairs etc). Rooms typical and clean. But TERRIBLE WIFI reception. (Very Slow, kept cutting out etc). Good location for ease of access to/from motorway but there are others that probably just as good and cheaper.

Stayed for one night with our jack Russell. Room wasn't particularly clean and in desperate need of attention. Bathroom was ridiculously small, almost unusable. Biggest problem for us was the flying beetles that appeared in the room in the evening!!! It was in a convenient location for our stop over during a long journey, and very cheap, but wouldn't stay again.

Dear Customer, We do everything we can to ensure that our customers are secure. Dogs are welcome for 5 € extra ... Regarding our service, we are part of low-cost hotels for a stage that can accommodate up to three people in a room with a bathroom, private shower in a place surrounded by fields ... The all-you-can-eat breakfast, sweet for a very decent price served between 6.30am and 10am every day. Certainly we do not correspond to a hotel 2 or 3 stars but receive all types of clienteles that we satisfy. cordially

We arrived just before the reception opened which was as well as the key dispenser didn't work The room was somewhat scruffy and dirty. There was plater coming off the walls and the carpet was dirty. The blanket on the bed was very dirty looking. It was just about ok but we would not stop there again.

Automatic key card dispenser did not issue card key (this is the second time at this hotel) manager not on site and when he did arrive told me to wait...

Automatic key card dispenser did not issue card key (this is the second time at this hotel) manager not on site and when he did arrive told me to wait 10 minutes. When he did turn up said "it gets jammed"!
Luckily I did not arrive at midnight otherwise I may never have got the room I had already paid for. Also the room toilet was constantly draining and refilling. This is a good hotel but it needs some TLC.
