Dopo molti felici soggiorni in questo Prem Classe questa volta siamo rimasti delusi. All'arrivo il riscaldamento emetteva un segnale acustico e difettoso, quindi ci hanno dato un'altra stanza. Questo non aveva il fermo della finestra quindi la finestra era sbloccabile - il fermo sembrava essere stato strappato via. In ognuna delle nostre tre notti siamo stati tenuti svegli dalla gente rumorosa un paio di porte lungo da noi fino alle prime ore. . . un problema del posto non sorvegliato. Il personale era molto gentile, ma gli standard erano sicuramente scivolati. Probabilmente cercheremo altrove la nostra prossima visita a Lille.

After many happy stays at this Prem Classe we were disappointed this time. On arrival the heater was beeping and faulty so we were given another room. This one had no window catch so the window was unlockable - the catch appeared to have been wrenched off. On each of our three nights we were kept awake by noisey folk a couple of doors along from us into the early hours...a problem of the place not being supervised. The staff were very friendly but the standards had certainly slipped. We will probably look elsewhere for our next visit to Lille.

Inizialmente avevamo prenotato per 3 notti per la mattina del nostro arrivo. All'arrivo era chiaro che l'hotel non soddisfare le nostre esigenze per la sua posizione e era ad una...
Inizialmente avevamo prenotato per 3 notti per la mattina del nostro arrivo.

All'arrivo era chiaro che l'hotel non soddisfare le nostre esigenze per la sua posizione e era ad una certa distanza da Lille centre (errore da parte mia) e costa € 30 in taxi. L'addetto al ricevimento è stata molto piacevole e comprensione e ci ha permesso di lasciare la nostra prenotazione per una notte.

La camera: semplice e antiquata, il letto scomodo con buchi di sigaretta nella biancheria da letto. Il bagno era piccolo e compatto. Nel complesso sembrava che avrebbero potuto fare con una buona pulita e un nuovo strato di vernice.

L'alloggio sarebbe davvero beneficiare di isolamento acustico come tutti si sentiva da tutte le direzioni era persone che partecipano a relazioni intime! In tale nota abbiamo deciso di testa fuori e trovare un posto dove mangiare ma al ritorno ho voluto andare alla reception per chiedere dei cuscini in più. Un uomo diverso era al ricevimento e il suo atteggiamento atteggiamento distaccato e tutto è caduto ben al di sotto della media! Non mi permette di inserire successivamente bloccato l'area ricevimento e mi ha fatto uscire! Io ho suonato il campanello/bell di essere accolti con lui hushing me e compiere gesti di mano che comprendeva due dita! ! ! Quando ha capito che non era andare lontano ha aperto la porta, ma stava custodendo la porta non mi permette di entrare mentre gridando " n Inglese " diverse volte. Dopo circa 5 minuti ho ottenuto il mio cellulare e caricato traduttore di Google e digitato " Io sono un ospite pagante e desiderate richiedere 2 cuscini extra si prega " . Considerando che aveva già mi ha detto che anche lui non parlava bene l'inglese ha chiesto che tipo di camera mi trovavo a discorrere! Ha finalmente mi ha permesso nella zona della reception mentre andava a ottenere i cuscini ancora mi ha consegnato i cuscini e casi di cuscini separatamente per me per metterli su me stesso.

Oltre a ciò ha guardato e seguito io e mio marito mentre ci siamo diretti verso la nostra camera, che mi ha fatto sentire molto turbato

avevamo una difficile dormire notti a causa dei vari suoni provenienti dalla camera circostante.

Il check-out è stato rapido e facile con l'addetto alla reception di mattina è allegro e disponibile.

Da € 35 a notte è sicuramente fare pagare per ciò che si ottiene! Mai nella mia vita sono stati trattati in un modo davvero maleducato nel settore dell'ospitalità e posso garanzia del 100% non potrò mai visitare un nuovo Premier classė e io non li consiglio a chiunque.

Se potessi punteggio 0 stelle che sarebbe troppo!

We initially booked for 3 nights on the morning of our arrival.

Upon arrival it was clear that the hotel would not meet our needs due to it location and was some distance from lille centre (error on my part) and cost €30 in a taxi. The gentleman on reception was very pleasant and understanding and allowed us to drop our booking to one night.

The room: basic and dated, uncomfortable bed with cigarette holes in the bedding. The bathroom was small and compact. Overall it looked like it could have done with a good clean and a new lick of paint.

The accommodation would really benefit from soundproofing as all we could hear from all directions was people participating in intimate relations! On that note we decided to head out and find somewhere to eat but on returning I wanted to go to reception to request extra pillows. A different man was on reception and his attitude and whole demeanour fell well below par! He would not allow me to enter the reception area and subsequently locked me out! I rang the buzzer/bell to be greeted with him hushing me and making hand gestures which included two fingers!!! When he realised I was not going away he opened the door but stood guarding the doorway not allowing me to enter whilst shouting "no English" several times over. After about 5 minutes I got my phone out and loaded Google translator and typed "I am a paying guest and would like to request 2 extra pillows please". Considering he had already told me he couldn't speak English he asked what room I was staying in fluently! He finally allowed me into the reception area as he went to get the pillows yet he handed me the pillows and pillow cases separately for me to put them on myself.

To top it off he watched and followed my husband and I whilst we headed to our room which made me feel very uneasy

We had a difficult nights sleep due to the various sounds coming from surrounding room.

Checkout was simple quick and easy with the morning receptionist being cheerful and helpful.

At €35 a night you surely do pay for what you get! Never in my life have a been treated in such a rude manner in the hospitality sector and I can 100% guarantee I will never visit a premier classė again nor will I recommend them to anyone.

If I could score 0 stars that would be too much!

Il buono: - a pochi minuti dalla autostrada a bordo di un parco commerciale, relativamente facile da trovare se la vostra guida, con una scelta di ristoranti a breve distanza a piedi.

Lati non molto positivi: - L'addetto alla reception non era molto accogliente e quando abbiamo trovato la nostra camera che era neanche il migliore. Molto simile motel americani economici ma le camere più piccole, porta anteriore raggiunto dall'esterno. Non è il miglior hotel di bilancio in cui siamo mai stati.

The good :- Just a few minutes off the motorway on the edge of a retail park, relatively easy to find if your driving, with a choice of eateries within walking distance.

The not so good:- The receptionist wasn't very welcoming and when we found our room that wasn't the best either. Very much like cheap American motels but rooms smaller, front door reached from outside. Not the best budget hotel we've stayed at.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel molte volte e sono felice di utilizzarlo. La posizione è ottima, con facile accesso a Lille centrale con la metropolitana, molti centri commerciali della città e una scelta di ristoranti a breve distanza a piedi. Questa volta abbiamo avuto problemi con la connessione wi-fi è discontinua, purtroppo, e la TV (che ho raramente guardare) non mostra Canal 5 Sport perché il segnale è scarso, solo quando ho voluto guardare Andy Murray! Grr. Tuttavia, la camera era pulita e tutto funzionava bene. La nostra camera non era servito durante la nostra permanenza, però.

We have stayed at this hotel many times and are happy to use it. The location is great with easy access to central Lille by metro, many out of town...
We have stayed at this hotel many times and are happy to use it. The location is great with easy access to central Lille by metro, many out of town shopping centres and a choice of restaurants within walking distance. This time we had problems with the wifi being intermittent, unfortunately, and the TV (which I seldom watch) wouldn't show Canal 5 Sport because of a poor signal, just when I wanted to watch Andy Murray! Grr. However the room was clean and everything else worked fine. Our room wasn't serviced during our stay, though.

Facile da trovare in auto, nella periferia di Lille. Metro era a 10 minuti a piedi ed è stato molto efficiente. Centro Commerciale vicino dal troppo, più altre strutture. La nostra camera come andava bene e il personale era cordiale. L'Hotel era pulito e la colazione era un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo
