Discover Les Ulis in two days
Seven-day exploration of Les Ulis
Family vacation in Les Ulis
A short stay is more than long enough to enjoy all the best bits of Les Ulis. Treat yourself to some chill time in the many green spaces around the city. The Parc Nord is especially pleasant with its three lakes, a meadow dotted with trees, and a wood stretching off down towards the Yvette Valley. Should you venture even further from the hotel, you’ll also find architectural oddities like the “Causeurs de pierre”, or “Stone Chatterboxes”: slate standing stones in the green spaces of Courdimanche.
After exploring the lush green and woodland areas of Les Ulis, you might even still have time to venture out of the city if you’re here for a longer stay. Just a few minutes from your Première Classe hotel is the Château de Saint-Jean de Beauregard. This superb example of 17th-century architecture still exudes all the spirit and sophistication of when it was first built. Futher on, in Gometz-le-Châtel, the Fauvettes Viaduct offers walkers amazing panoramic views across the Yvette Valley.
Being bored on a family vacation to Les Ulis is simply not an option: the city is incredibly child friendly, with lots of activities for little ones to enjoy. Outside of the city, don’t miss out on a trip to the Château de Courson, surrounded by breath-takingly beautiful grounds that are really rather romantic. Kids can follow a fun course to discover a world amongst the trees. They’ll also love the Parc botanique de Launay in Orsay.
