(1) Offer valid in mainland France at participating Première Classe, Kyriad Direct, Kyriad, and Campanile hotels, subject to availability at the time of request and the hotel's location. Preferential rates apply only on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, eves of public holidays, and school holidays for group bookings of one to nine rooms, and from Monday to Sunday for group bookings of at least ten rooms, within the limit of the rooms allocated by the hotel to the offer at the time of booking and excluding periods of trade shows and special events. Preferential rates apply to athletes, companions (club managers, sports doctors, referees, parents of athletes, etc.), and supporters for the booking of at least one room at the flexible rate3 and subject to the presentation of a valid supporting document upon arrival at the hotel (current sports license, invitation to a sports competition or sports camp, dated sports event ticket, etc.).
(2) Custom services: Seminar room for briefing meetings from a minimum of 6 people. Room for massages from 5 reserved rooms. Sports menus for a minimum of 6 people and by prior reservation with the hotel at least one week before the stay. Late departures until 5 PM instead of 12 PM. Free services available depending on participating hotels and upon request when booking. Guests are invited to contact the hotel to learn about the free services offered and their availability.
(3) Flexible rate: modifiable, cancellable, and refundable until check-in or until 6 PM (local time) on the scheduled day of arrival. Beyond this, a penalty corresponding to the amount of the first reserved night may be charged to your credit card. For any modification, contact central reservations at +33 (0)170363241. For any modification made before check-in or before 6:00 PM on the scheduled day of arrival, the price of the modified reservation, as displayed on the day of modification, will apply. A credit card valid at the start date of the stay is required to guarantee the reservation. The guest may be asked to present the same credit card used at the time of booking to the establishment; otherwise, the reservation cannot be guaranteed. Payment is due, unless otherwise specified, in the currency of the establishment upon your arrival or departure, according to the establishment's stay T&Cs. The guest should contact the booked establishment to know its stay T&Cs (check-in/check-out times, opening hours, etc.).
